Update on Marketing and Agreed Activity

To allow you to remain fully informed, your Marketing Administrator will use contact management software. This software will be continuously updated with copies of all information sent out and notes of telephone conversations made, we often use our clients systems via the web to do this. This allows you to give specific instructions or to respond on activities to your Marketing Administrator with regard to individual customers.
