Your Own Staff
Once we determine your objectives in the UK market we will recruit (with
your involvement) a Marketing Administrator who will work for an agreed
number of hours or days a week. He or she will be employed by BRMA but
work solely for you carrying out the actions agreed in your marketing
plan. This means that you will have your own staff but will not be subject
to UK employment law or taxes. The Marketing Administrator's work will
be transparent to you through contact management software giving you up
to date information so you will be able to direct and advise them on specific
issues at all times.
To provide cover outside contracted working
time our support staff will be available to take calls during normal working
hours.
More senior staff are also available to
visit clients for you or with you when you visit the UK. This can help
with understanding business culture and processes.
